Martin Stokhof is Emeritus Professor of Philosophy at the Institute for Logic, Language and Computation (ILLC) and the Department of Philosophy of the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands and Jin Yuelin Professor of Logic at the Department of Philosophy of Tsinghua University, Beijing, China.

Hao Tang is Professor of Philosophy at Tsinghua University, Beijing, China. He studied history and philosophy of science (MA) and philosophy (PhD) at the University of Pittsburgh, USA.
