My first Maggie Osborne and I'll surely read her again. The story shift back and forth between the two wives was done well. It would have ranked 5 stars but for one glaring flaw. Anyone who ever lost a child does not jump in bed and start a new love affair a within a week of burying a child. It made the character of Susan shallow and unbelievable.
