Overview

Cat got your tongue?

Granite Lake Wolves, Book 6

Tessa Williams is looking to make her mark outside the family business, and the unusual landlocked paddle wheeler she spots in Haines, Alaska, strikes her as the perfect location. Only the owner is being difficult, refusing to sell. Still, she’s sure that replacing her written queries with a little in-person charm is all she’ll need to shortly have her Eco-tour B&B on the road to success.

Local wolf-slash-owner of said vessel, Mark Weaver, isn’t hanging on to the landmark building out of spite. There are more reasons for holding back the sale than are easily explained on paper. A face-to-face meeting to resolve the matter only confounds it—when Mark recognizes Tessa as his mate.

But she’s a cat...and cats don’t do insta-mates.

The sexual attraction between them isn’t in question, just everything else. He wants her. She wants twue wuv. His wolf can’t figure out what the holdup is. Her cat thinks the entire situation, and the pack, are rather amusing.

Somewhere in here is the beginning of a beautiful relationship—if they don’t drive each other mad.

Warning: One hyper cat, one laid-back wolf. Inappropriate use of permanent markers, and a heaping side dish of cat/dog jokes. Shenanigans (read: nookie) in front of a roaring fire. Spiced liberally with sarcasm. Enjoy!

    Disappointing

I'm a fan of this author and this series, but this story was just kind of, "meh" for me, a let down of sorts. Tessa's character doesn't make a lot of sense, there's no explanation given for her flighty behavior, just that she's a cat. Ultimately a lack of character development I guess. As I said, as a follower of this series, this story was a let down.

I personally like this series and think every writer has a reaso

I personally like this series and think every writer has a reason or purpose for they way they write a book. l also believe that the way things happened in this book were suppose to happen like that or it would have been a lot of extra things put in that aren't necessary .

    Wow

This book was just horrible. They met and 30 seconds later their locking lips, and an hour later she's moving into his bedroom. Well book over. It really was not worth $3.34. I really don't like writting bad reviews but this was just ............ can'even think of a word to describe it. Just plain horrible

    Another great book

This author has yet to let me down. I love all her wolfie books! My only complaint is they're sorta short, i always want more when they're done. If u haven't read her six pack ranch series, i recommend reading those too!

    Fluff

There was no danger, very little conflict, little character development, not even many details of the renovations. The sex scenes were short. The book was Fluff. Not a story one could really get into. I really hate saying all this because I usually enjoy reading books written by this author!

    79 Pages!

I love this series, but still feel ripped off. This would have been a great book. Instead it was six short stories!

    Bloodlust to all

Uh...*the silver she-wolf padded in. She had ice blue eyes and she had a large wide scar on her right eyes. She was large and had mud ceustong on her paws from an obvious jog through a swamp. The mud went all the way up her gs and spotted her stomach. She was only 15 in human year and didn't want to cause any fear. She only wanted a friend.*
