Overview

Overshadowed by the rising threat of the werewolf mafia, Ben and Tegan struggle to stand united.

A Cascadia Wolves story.

Werewolf Enforcer Tegan Warden has been alone since the death of her mate four years ago. Until she meets Ben Stoner at a local club and she feels something she thought died inside her. Things move very quickly and she finds herself mated to a human man who’s not altogether sure he wants a forever kind of love with a woman he’s just met.

Ben realizes in short order Tegan is not only worth forever love, but a woman who’ll stand at his side without tolerating anything other than a full partnership.

In the bedroom it’s another story, as Ben has finally found a sexual submissive with a spark, and Tegan a man worthy of her submission. Together they work toward building a permanent relationship even as the specter of danger from the Pellini Group grows in the world of wolves.

All around them, the rising violence threatens the Packs and the only thing they know for certain is one another.

This book is part of the Cascadia Wolves Series. I'm a stickler for reading things in order! So, if you've read the beginning of the series I believe you'll love this book as well. ***SPOILER*** I've never been into the whole D/s thing but it was very tastefully written and portrayed in this book and not over the top like some other books I've read that I couldn't finish because of this type of thing. Hope you enjoy!

I recently became acquainted with the Cascadia Wolves, and I have to say I am developing affection for them. After I read the first book in the series, I had to skip to the 3rd. I HAD to know what happened to Teagan. The plots are exciting, the sex is appropriate and not gratuitous, and the Alpha's aren't clones of each other, but individuals with distinct quirks and personality. I will be recommending this to my online bookclub!

I've been a Lauren Dane fan for a long time and I love her Cascadia Wolves. She has a wonderful ability to bring her fantasy-based characters to life in such a way that they become a part of the reader. This series does not bog down with details, but keeps a fast, sexy track from beginning to end. Super read!!!

In a field towards the edge of Horseclan's territory are several stones that seem out of place. That is because these stones mark the graves of Horseclan cats who died in honor of their clan. This place can be visited by all and often flowers or precious stones are left as a gift for those who are now in Starclan. There are countless names here, all with stories to tell. They go back as far as Sunnystar herself. Braveheart, Fawnstep, Spiritwhisker, Mistypetal, Stonemist, Limecreek, Bramblethorn, Servaljump, Blacksoul, Cloudheart, Tigerleaf, Maplejay, Cinderwolf, Skyleaf, Ghostpelt, Blackfeather, Whitefoot, Skypelt, Featherkit, Leafsun, Harikamoon, Wolfheart, Sunflare, Smokerise, Snapdragon, Poppydawn, Wolfsun, Rainsplash, Cougartooth, Riverleaf, Dreamlily, Daysnight, Saberpaw, Icynight, Opalburst, Goldfinch, and countless others lie buried beneath the earth. Old graves and new graves are mixed but their stories are not forgotten. Those who have disappeared are also mourned for here. However there is one grave missing. With no body, instead a tower of stones has been created in honor of Velvetstar. Cats are welcome to visit and grieve in peace here. But they should also rejoice, for these cats have found their way to Starclan and now exist in eternal happiness. ~ Lilywolf &hearts P.S. If they've disappeared for long enough I just listed them as dead though who knows. They might surprise us and come back!

Very well written, action packed. The Cascadia Pack is still after the same antagonist. Our hero is strong, very strong in all ways. Our heroine is part of the Cascadia Pack Royality. Great addition to the series. I can't wait for the next one!
