Recipes are fast and simple to cook yet have an upscale appearance and taste. Cooking techniques simply presented and make food taste much better. For optimal results use better cuts of meat. My favorite recipe was the pork chops with cranberry and port wine reduction. Best technique was butterflying chicken for evenly cooked and moist chicken.
