There are two parts of Wolverine's mythos that I almost enjoy, war-time Logan and samurai Logan. And guess what, Brian K. Vaughan delivers both of them here. While the villain is very one-note the overall beauty of the book, both artistically and verbally, is well worth it. Vaughan's Logan is spot-on and Risso's art is amazing. My only hang-ups with this are its too short (maybe I'm just greedy) and its inclusion of new characters that will probably never be seen again. Overall, A very good Wolverine tale.
