This grabs attention from beginning to end. Seeing Wolverine as a pitiful man, complacent with farm life is certainly an excellent change of pace from his normal "kill now ask questions later" behavior. He has been mentally damaged by the Villains who now own and run all of the USA. How they made him afraid to use his claws ever again is the biggest shocker of the series! Most of the great heroes are dead and gone. Strict and brutal laws are enforced for any who survived the villain uprising. Will there be hope for the future of any do-gooder still stringing together an existence? Or will Mr "Call me Logan" himself join the deceased saviors of yesterday? You'll have to read this one to know for sure. Pick 'OLD MAN LOGAN' up TODAY!

An amazing dystopian vision of the future of the marvel universe. Wolverine travles the country to seek revenge on the people who killed his family and along the way see what happened to America and the world after the last great super hero battles. The writing is dark and witty adn the art top notch. If you are a fan of the X-Men movies or comiics than this is for you!

Mark Millar and Steve McNiven combine to bring to life an epic future-history featuring a distopic America ruled by Marvels worst bad guys.

Wolverine is awesome in any situation--given the right author and artist. This is one of my favorites. Along with many others.

Take it for what it is: future Wolverine doesn't want to fight anymore, but eventually has to. It's odd, post-apocalyptic, gritty, and filled with attitude.

I EXPECTED MORE, BUT THE ART WAS EXCELLENT

This story started out great with a strong premise and story line then went south with the spider jeep/buggy, to the incestal cannibal hulk. This story could have been awesome but just ended up being very odd and offsetting.

While I love anything with Wolverine, I have to say this book left me wanting more. He kills the xmen but c'mon, there's so many more heroes out there. And I'm certain silver surfer wouldnt have been up on red skulls trophy wall. I guess people can say doom killed him but doom would have to be in so many places to kill everyone who was more powered than say punisher or spiderman. I can see thor dying at the hands of magneto and absorbing man but hulk is around. You're going to tell me he quit fighting? Doubt it. I love the artwork and good overall story but it passes up a chance to highlight villains who could've taken out the heroes and really provide gut punches in the lead up to old man logan.

An excellent alternate universe tale that only becomes more brutal as our duo gets further across country. Contains a literal jaw dropping moment that made me go take a walk around the block.

This is a great look at things at a different perspective. Seeing wolverine in his older state and his attitude change is unique. Its a really cool look at things and a greatbread.
