Jean Lau Chin is Professor and Dean of the Derner Instituteat Adelphi University. She is a licensed psychologist and has heldvarious leadership and management roles as executive director of acommunity health center, co-director of a child guidance clinic andregional director at a managed care company.

Bernice Lott is Professor Emerita of Psychology andWomen’s Studies at the University of Rhode Island and is aformer Dean of its University College.

Joy K. Rice is a clinical psychologist, ClinicalProfessor of Psychiatry at the University of Wisconsin MedicalSchool and Emerita Professor of Educational Policy Studies andWomen's Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
