It is very informative and written in a friendly tone. Has great advise for women in every age group. The recipes are easy to make and delicious. The workout is also easy to follow.

This book gives great advice for adjusting your eating habits in a smart way. I saw results from following the advice.

Not at all useful. It was just one big article full of common sense information. There was not a diet plan nor a workout regiment to follow to accomplish ones goal. Waste of money in my opinion.
