A must read for women. Best practices identified for business women of color.

This book disarmed me due to the realities of what these women shared about women of color. The book is written objectively and will challenge your professional mode of operation and thinking. These sisters took the liberty of benchmarking women of color in the workplace and identified best practices for growing professionally. I wanted by boss to read the book for me and for him. He is a man, but I thought it would help to provide him with a better perspective on me and shed light on why women of color think, feel and react as we do as business professionals.I think this book will better equip a number of women as they enter the workforce or if they happen to be in the midst of moving up the corporate chain.
