    Help for the 'cooking-challenged'!

I found this in the library when I wasn't even looking for this type of book. I am cooking-challenged, especially with regard to time, and this title was enticing. I have used a number of the recipes and have liked every single one of them. I am purchasing the book and look forward to the new book which includes kid-friendly recipes!
