    Wonderful resource

I have used this book and referenced it to many colleagues over the years. This book provides a unique perspecitve on common workplace issues. It helps you understand the personality type depending on your 'or their' level within the organization. Very helpful --- especially for new managers.

    Real life guidance

The organization of separating each trait by boss, peer, and subordinates made the book easy to use and refer back to. Clear descriptions and explanations were given. Realistic approaches were given with additional helpful tips. This was very helpful in my first 'real' job where I had a very difficult boss and one difficult peer.
