    this book helped me get better and i owe a lot of my success to this book. i wouldnt have beat tyson if i didnt get this book. it changed my life.

    this book is without doubt the best book on boxing i have had the pleasure in reading. i have read loads of fitness books, but this guy has given the reader workouts from the best boxers of all time. you can tell that the author has been there done that and his passion for boxing training is in the every page. great book.

    i read this book over and over again. its not just a workout book, its for boxing fans and sports enthusiasts. i take it to the gym with me and its the most inspirational book ive read.

    finally.. a real boxing fitness book.

    when i read this book, i now understand what these champions do in the gym, and i was in awe of them. the authors workout is awesome also and it has helped me go forward in my training. the author talked to the best boxers in the world and managed to get them to tell him what they did in the gym. fantastic stuff. this is the real deal.

    the best book on boxing workouts- ever.

    i bought this book whilst travelling in australia. i was so excited when i opened it and saw what information was inside. as a boxing fan and boxing fitness trainer, i have to say that this is the best book out. this is a unique fly on the wall look at the world champions and what they have to do to be the best. fantastic.
