Editorial Reviews

Library Journal

This annual compilation of world development statistics is the most up-to-date, comprehensive print resource on factors impacting international economics and the political landscape. Divided into six subject categories, development trends recorded annually since 1990-including population dynamics, child labor, poverty levels, and education opportunities-are tracked in major First World and Third World countries. Short, persuasive essays on inaction's eventual cost are a valuable and instructive component. Well organized and meticulous, the content is also available on a single or multi-user CD-ROM. Highly recommended.
