Paul Gayler is the Executive Chef at The Lanesborough, London, one of the most fabulous destination hotels in the world. He has worked in some of London’s most prestigious restaurants, including The Dorchester and as Head Chef at the renowned Inigo Jones. Author of several recipe books, Paul has won The Guild of Food Writers’ Cookery Book of the Year and has also been nominated for an André Simon Award. His latest book, Pure Vegetarian won a Gourmand World Cookbook Award. He has made guest appearances on television and radio, including BBC1’s Saturday Kitchen and Radio 4’s VegTalk, and was a consultant and judge on ITV’s Chef of the Year.
