I have made several of the animals and my girls have a running request list. The patterns are clear and easy to knit- even for a beginner. Most of the projects are small and quickly finished - less daunting than a sweater or endless throw. For instance, I made a family of chickens in a day - the joey was done in an afternoon but the kangaroo took a little over a week. The toys would make great gifts if I could get them past my own children. Enjoy!

There are several toys in here worthy of making, a very nice selction with unusal animals and people too.
