About the Author

The author is an award-winning poet, novelist, and Ph.D. Scientist. She immigrated to the US as a teenager, due
to war in her native country and is a naturalized US citizen. Her scientific work yielded many patented
inventions of new composite materials aimed at light-weighting vehicles. Her passion is writing sci-fi/fantasy.
She has penned four novels in the Worldmaker Universe, and a book of short stories. She lives in Jacksonville,
on the ocean, with her son Luke and their four cats, and continues to write.
