I love the stories inside. They are challenging enough for practicing to read high leveled, the vocabularies are usually from the SAT, and the overall the stories were always fun and interesting. Plus the conditon of he book was superb when it was delivered.

a pleasure to read on my Nook. The paper book had small print, too crowded on the page. On my Nook I can adjust to my preferences.
My short story club is looking forward to using the book for our discussions.

I am in a group that reads short stories. We are in the process of reading this book. So far, I am enjoying the stories from noted authors. The authors wrote the stories about one hundred years ago. I need a dictionary or Merriam Webster on the internet at times to understand some of the words that may have been used back then, but are not used today.
I think the stories are thought-provoking and bring up some very interesting points to discuss. It also introduces me to the writings of GREAT authors so that I may want to read more by them.
