**New York Times and USA Today Bestselling Author, Vi Keeland, brings you the steamy story of Vince & Liv**

Meet Liv Michaels
It may have been seven years, but I'd know him anywhere. Sure, he's grown, filled out in all the right places, but his captivating blue eyes and cocky grin are exactly the way I remember. Even though I'd much rather forget.

Liv Michaels is almost there. She's smart, determined and weeks away from landing the job she's dreamed about for years. Time healed old wounds, even her broken heart from the devastation of being crushed by her first love.

Meet Vince Stone
Women love a fighter, especially a good one. Lucky for me, I'm damn good. But there's one woman that isn't interested. Not again, anyway.

Vince 'The Invincible' Stone is every woman's fantasy...strong, sexy, confident and completely in control. Growing up surrounded by chaos, he's learned never to get too attached. Love will drag you down. He adores women, treats them well, puts their own needs before his own...for the night anyway. With the biggest fight of his life coming up, his focus should be on training.

When fate brings Vince & Liv back together again, there's no denying the chemistry is still there. But can Vince erase the old scars their past left behind? Or will Liv hurt him instead?

***Author's note*** THIS IS A STAND-ALONE NOVEL. Due to strong language and sexual content, this book is not intended for readers under the 17.

ARC Was Given To Blog For An Honest Review

I could shout from the rooftops on this one. Vi Keeland has given me another awesome book. I have loved every single one of this author’s books and once again I am not disappointed. Worth the Chance was everything I hoped for and more.

In Vi Keeland’s first book Worth the Fight–which I also loved–Vincent Stone is a young, angry teenager. Vince is now grown up–thank god, otherwise I might feel little funny being so turned on by him and I have to say he is completely, and utterly, swoon worthy. I loved the way he talked the talk and walked the walk; all bad boy wrapped up in a delicious body. Vince has not had it easy but Nico has always believed in him. It was Nico’s support and determination that turned Vince around from being a statistic to who he is today. Vince still has some of the same struggles from the past to face now. MMA fighting has become the outlet he needs to survive and continue to push forward.

What I love about Vince, let me count the ways! He is very Alpha male with a strong, dominant, possessive, protective nature, and he has certain tastes in the bedroom. His voice bends you to his will, making you beg to submit to him at anytime or any place. He had me so heated up I seriously thought I might combust. He also has a true heart of gold buried beneath that tough exterior which only made me love him more.

Did I forget to mention his love interest? Oh, I am so sorry–I promise that was not intentional, ok maybe a little.  Olivia is from Vince’s past–she was his tutor in high school, a few years younger but she had major crush on him and the feeling became mutual. The author shows intense chemistry between them right from the second you read about them together. Alas, heartbreak ensues and they go their separate ways. I really liked Olivia and I love that the author seems to write strong female leads. Olivia is strong, passionate, smart, beautiful, and determined. I loved when she reconnected with Vince. You could feel how intense the moment was; it left me a bit breathless. Olivia did not make it easy for Vince and those moments were fun.

This story has it all; it is witty, emotional, and erotic. It is well written with a great story concept, not just all sex and alpha maleness. There are quite a few surprise details that comes to fruition in the story. The best part of this book to me is that the characters have a ton of interaction; we get to see them together and plenty of dialog.

I enjoyed every steamy second of it and give kudos to the author for bringing another great MMA book to us. Vi, what’s next? I can’t wait!!!

I received a copy of this book from the author in return for an honest review.

This is a fantastic erotic romance! I loved it!

Olivia Michael's (Liv to her friends) is a fantastic character. She is a journalist and is trying to land her dream job. I liked this character a lot! She is tenacious and determined to succeed. When her boss sends her on an assignment, she finds herself confronted by the boy who broke her heart.

Vince Stone (Vinnie) is another fantastic character. I first met him as a troubled teen with a chip on his shoulder in Worth the Fight. He has now grown up and is on his way to winning the MMA (mixed martial arts) Championship. He has grown up to be a charming, handsome, slightly arrogant man, who is also supremely confident in his abilities. When he meets Liv again, sparks fly!

I have been eagerly awaiting this book, ever since it was announced by the author that she would be writing Vince's story. I loved young Vinnie, but Vince is HOT! This story is a fast paced, emotional roller coaster ride for both the characters and the reader. I struggled to put this book down, and got very annoyed when I had to! The story is told from both Liv's and Vince's points of view, which gives the reader an opportunity to see their thoughts and feelings. Some of these view points are flash backs, and it was interesting to see how Liv's and Vince's relationship first developed as teenagers. It was also wonderful to meet Nico and Elle again. They are both wonderful people. I've missed them! There is drama, intrigue and romance aplenty in this story! There is also a surprise or two, which kept me enthralled. Some men like breasts, some like legs, but Vince is a bum man! The chemistry between Liv and Vince is electric and unashamedly hot! I really enjoyed the story, and am looking forward to reading more books in the MMA series, especially Jax's.

Vi Keeland has written another fast paced erotic romance that kept me hooked from start to finish! She has a fantastic writing style, which I really love. I have added this author to my favourite authors list.

As this is an erotic romance, there are several scenes of a sexual nature that are rather explicit. Therefore, I do not recommend this book for readers younger than 18. However, if you love hot, steamy erotic romances, this book is for you! - Lynn Worton

I just met Vince Stone, ¿The Invincible Stone,¿ MMA fighter in W

I just met Vince Stone, “The Invincible Stone,” MMA fighter in WORTH THE CHANCE. I love this guy! This is the first book I’ve read by Vi Keeland, and definitely not my last. Keeland is an awesome writer. I could not put this book down. I love MMA fighters, and Vince (Vinny) is all what I love in a MMA fighter/book. Pale blue eyes, dimples, cocky, confident, sexy, gorgeous, six feet, one hundred and eighty three pounds of alpha male, a force of nature, and rides a motorcycle. OMG there’s nothing not to love about this bad boy. Yep, Keeland gave me one heck of a MMA fighter. And needless to say, one heck of an awesome storyline with Liv and Vinny and their swoon-worthy, steamy hot romance.

Liv (Olivia) is my kind of girl, too. She's smart, self-assured, strong, and still very much a woman. Liv has wanted her journalist dream job ever since she was in high school, and it's finally within her reach. But she’s also loved Vinny since high school, and after seven years, he’s finally within her reach to have, too. My heart broke for Liv and the decisions she had to make for her life and the man she loves. But, I love seeing Liv come to terms with who she wanted to be as a woman and a journalist.

WORTH THE CHANCE is a book I will read again, and yes it's because of Vince “The Invincible” Stone. I will not be getting this MMA fighter out of my heart any time soon. I highly recommend Vince and WORTH THE CHANCE as must read.

    ** 3.5 stars **

First Impression... Another nice cover for this series. I really liked Worth the Fight, and was excited to see that Vinny was getting his own book.

The Story...Vinny Stonetti, the teen we met in Worth the Fight, is all grown up, a fighter, and goes by the name Vince Stone. When Liv, a girl from his past walks into his present, Vince wants to show her that he's not the same self-destructive kid who broke her heart. Prove he's worth taking a chance on.

The Characters... Vince was a tough, troubled kid in Worth the Fight, so I was assuming the same would be true here. I was both right and wrong. While he is still tough and has major badass attitude, he's not out of control. Recently, with the help of Nico (the hero of Worth the Fight), Vince has made a lot of good changes in his life. No drugs, no out of control behavior, though he still sleeps with groupies like crazy. But hey, that's nothing new, right? So my point is, it's nice to have a hero who's already come through the bad stuff, and in a good place in his life. He didn't need Liv to fix him. Yay!

As for Liv, she really had herself together as well. She's preparing for her career, with only one assignment left that is standing between her and her dream job as a journalist. Her assignment is the infamous fighter, you guessed it, Vince Stone. Now we have Liv fighting for a job and fighting her attraction to Vince. But it seems there's a big secret to Vince's past, one that could destroy him and give her what she's dreamed of. This sets Liv on a difficult path, one that I'm not sure she could truly avoid and do the exact right thing about. She's so concerned for Vince, and I felt for her dilemma. So basically what I'm saying is, I found Liv to be a very likable character and felt she always did the best she could to protect the man she cares for, and herself.

Bonus: it was so cool to see Nico and Elle again!

The Writing... This is the fourth of Keeland's books I've read and once again, I do like her style. While the trouble fighter and the sweet heroine story isn't new by any stretch, I feel she managed to make it her own. I really liked the angle with Vince's past coinciding with her job, and think it gave the story a good level of suspense. Even though you know it's coming, the big conflict still had a lot impact. And the resolution, with Vince and Liv rescuing each other, it was great.

The Heat... Worth the Chance is pretty naughty! It's possible that my memory is failing me, but I don't remember Worth the Fight being this spicy. Vince Stone has a really dirty mouth and a vivid imagination and Liv was all about that. FUN!

In the End... I enjoyed Worth the Chance, more than I initially realized. I picked this one up expecting to read a few pages and ended up reading the entirety with a few hours. Looks like the series will have a third book, and based on who it's about, you can go ahead and sign me up.

    5 Stars!

I didn't know what to expect when I got this book. I was very pleased to see that they still had the characters, Elle and Nico, from Worth the Fight. They weren't in it a lot, but their characters in this book were important roles played in the making of Vince and Liv and their relationship.

Liv is just the cutest thing, she almost seemed like a doll, but she is tough. Well obviously she is tough because otherwise she wouldn't have been able to handle Vince and his crazy ways.

They have history together (both good and bad history) makes their chemistry that much stronger throughout the book. Their chemistry is hot and is there still after all their years apart.

I love this story like I love the first book in the series. If you liked the first book, this book is worth the buy and the time spent reading it.

**I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review.

Brace yourself; this is going to be loud. WOOOOO HOOOOO!!! Vi Keeland ROCKS!!! I was fan before but I think I just moved up to groupie status! I loved this book. I mean L.O.V.E.D it!

This is the second book in the MMA fighter series. Vince “The Incredible” Stone who we met in the first book has finally grown up into the fighting machine Nico had been training him for. He has made quite a name for himself and has the press wanting to know about this prize winning fighter. Enter Olivia Michaels, a blast from his past. She is a smart, caring, goal oriented woman that has been given the assignment to write his story as part of her getting her dream job. Destiny has put them on the same path to meet and let me just say there is fireworks!

“Trust me about one thing, Live…whatever is going on between us. It’s going to happen. You can make it was difficult as you want, but we, Liv, are going to happen.”-Vince Stone

The alpha male tendencies of Vince made me swoon. His protective and possessiveness would make any woman feel desirable and desired. Liv was one lucky lady! He is just a good guy who has done some bad things in his life. He has a heart of gold and I found the way he showed his loves made me weak at the knees. To walk out and see a man like that waiting for me with eyes only for me, would take my breath away!

I love the way Vi Keel and writes. Her writing style lets the reader be shown instead of being told the story. I felt as if I was in the moment when it came to these two characters. The storyline was unique, emotionally dynamic and multifaceted. This book is not a cookie cutter fighter story. It deals with realistic issues and lets you see what it must be like to be in love with a man who has been fighting all his life for happiness.

I highly recommend this book or any of Vi Keeland’s books. You will not be disappointed and will be left with a very satisfied smile on your face!

I LOVED IT!!! What a perfect book for this series.

I like how Vi incorporated the characters from the first book. While I don't think it is necessary to have read the first book in the series to understand this book, it was nice to learn more about what happened with Nico and Elle.

I liked Vinny's protectiveness, especially of Liv. I also really liked their back-story, and how their current situation built on what had happened in their past.

In typical Vi-fashion, the love scenes were VERY hot, and the conflict was gripping. Actually, there were several areas of conflict throughout the book, and each one sucked me into the story more and more.

*An ARC was provided to me by the author for an honest review.*

Worth the Chance is every bit of taking the chance upon!!

→ Vince “Vinny The Invincible” Stone is an up and coming MMA fighter/ladies man who has never forgotten secret high school wallflower crush and tutor, Olivia “Liv” Michaels.

→ “Liv” has always been in love with Vinny Stonetti (now known to the world as Vince Stone but to her, “Vinny”) but always felt that he was way out of her league.

Things end prematurely for the couple in high school and they don't meet again until seven years later when Liv turns up in one of Vinny's workout classes that he is instructing.

Now blossomed and every man's wet dream, Vinny is hell bent on picking up from where they last left off.

Only now, deep feelings begin to develop and things begin to heat up between the two in and out of the bedroom....

    ¿ BUT...

With the fight of Vinny's life coming up and old demons threatening to tear his world apart, what will he do?

And when Liv gets a chance to pursue the career of her dreams while exposing and ultimately hurting Vinny in the process, what will she do?

Will these two be the catalysts to each others' undoing? Or, will they fight for their love and realize that it is WORTH.THE.CHANCE?

→ My verdict?: If you were a fan of Worth the Fight and loved Nico and Elle's story THEN Vinny and Liv's story will be your cherry on top of that!!

I ABSOLUTELY LOVED Worth the Chance !! It was captivating, intriguing, sexy, and an over all delectable read!! I will admit, that there was one point where I thought I had lost all respect and wanted to murder Vinny but I'm glad that the altercation ended as soon as it began, *phew*

I'm now so so anxious for Jackson “Jax”'s story and this mysterious Lily, There is one mention about her from Vinny in WTC but that't it. Hmmm...

    I.CAN'T.WAIT!!

    ** 3.5 Stars **

After reading Worth The Fight I was really excited to get Vince's story. He was just a young boy throughout that book after Nico took him in off the streets and I just knew he would be an interesting character with an equally interesting set of circumstances. What I didn't expect with this book was the back story that comes with getting to know Vinny and everything he's been through.

So...Vinny's life hasn't been easy by any means. Growing up his mother was a junkie and he was basically on his own caring for himself. He was a little bit of a troublemaker from what we saw of him in the first book until Nico got ahold of him and refocused his energy with Mixed Martial Arts and training in his gym. Fast forward a few years to when Vinny comes face to face with a woman from his past and Olivia is introduced. The story with these two was pretty cut and dry...well sort of. Olivia was the shy quiet girl who tutored Vinny when they were in high school. She harboured an unrequited crush on him but he was too busy banging out his teenage lust with girls totally opposite from Liv. There were a couple of chapters that gave a look back at the two during those days that highlighted the ups and downs of their hit and miss relationship that seemed to end with Liv's heart broken.

The story between them in the present day was much more interesting with Liv on the cusp of having her dream job in the palm of her hand. She's wanted to work as a writer for the Daily Sun Times, a local newspaper she has an internship with. She never thought she would see Vinny again after he hurt her in high school but when she's given an assignment to cover his upcoming fight all those old feelings smack her right in the face. I have to say I loved and hated certain aspects of both characters. With Liv, I loved how independent she was at first. She knew what she wanted in her career and was willing to fight to get herself there. She was always the smart but shy and quiet type of girl and seeing how she transitioned out of that made me like her even more. Seeing Vinny again was a shock to her but I loved how she didn't let him see how visibly shaken she was. What I didn't love was how easily she let Vinny in no matter how many times he hurt her. I admire strong women and she was strong in most other areas in her life but when it came to Vinny she was a wet noodle. I got why she couldn't resist, because she loved him, I just wish she would have been a little bit more firm and made him work for it a little harder.

On the other hand Vinny is a force to be reckoned with both in the ring and out of it. Growing up the way he did he had to be tough and fend for himself so that has made him cocky and self assured. He gets what he wants but he did have to fight for it so it's easy to understand the why's behind his personality. Going into this I thought I was going to fall a** over elbows for Vinny but in all honesty he was a bit of a dog. Think Lady and the Tramp but with killer biceps and gorgeous eyes. And you know... not an ACTUAL dog. He knows his way around the ladies having his share of any of the groupies that hang around the gym so it was no surprise he could get in Liv's panties but he was so cocky and so self assured that it was a little off putting to me. His personality grated on me, mainly his attitude towards women in general. That is to be expected with a cocky man such as Vinny but I never really felt like he had significant character growth as the story progressed. That's not to say he didn't have some sweet moments between his love for Liv and his affection for a junkie mother who never did much for him but I just felt too mixed between love and hate with him.

One of my favorite aspects of the story was the conflict that nestled itself directly between Vinny and Liv. The fluff piece she's given to cover Vinny's fight is turned into something that will rock his life's foundation. Liv has to choose her dream job over the love of her life when Vinny's past becomes the story. All the snooping around she had to do to dig up dirt on him was exciting and ultimately brought one of my favorite characters into the spotlight. Jackson Knight may have been a supporting character but he was enough of a presence to intrigue the hell out of me for more of him. I loved that he got a little flirty with Liv which in turn drove Vinny bonkers with jealousy because he had a tendency to be a Neanderthal meat head. With all the Revelations that came out of this story I can't wait to see how Jackson's story pans out! I have my theories and I can't wait to see if I'm right! Nico and Elle being so close to Vinny in the first book wasn't a surprise to see more of them in this one. I actually enjoyed seeing Elle and Liv bond and form a friendship. of course seeing the love between Nico and Elle still going strong was such a great addition to the story and I loved every minute they were involved.

Worth The Chance was a mixed bag for me but even though the main characters had traits that irked me from time to time I did enjoy their love story. Getting a look back at their history was a good thing to see since their experiences shaped their personalities as they got older. Keeland has a way of making you sweat in this one and at one point I wanted to throw my Kindle across the room in a fit of anger. It seemed like both Liv and Vinny had more of a fight on their hands to keep their relationship on track whereas Elle and Nico's seemed a little bit easier going for them. That's one of the things I admire about Keeland's stories, all her characters bring with them different feelings and backgrounds that come together for an interesting read. Although his story was tough in some spots and he was an arrogant S.O.B. 75% of the time, I wouldn't have wanted to miss out on Vinny's story and you seriously shouldn't either.

This was a great second book to the series by Vi Keeland! You must read the first one as well, Worth the Fight, with then a teenage Vinny.
The stories are somewhat connected but you can still read them as stand alones. Vinny and Liv were friends in high school, so the story goes back and forth at times for their back history which was well written. I just really liked the whole series so far and some of funny parts that this author includes in the story are cute. It is a steamy love story and a keeper.

Great storyline, great characters, plenty of sexy scenes, great chemistry. and very nice HEA. My only complaint was that the main character Vinny/Vince's dysfunctional background was so bad that I didn't know how he survived it. But then I read the first book Worth the Fight, and it made sense. So read the first book before this!

    Couldnt stand the hero

    ## There is no doubt that this book is well written. I have loved everything Vi Keeland has released. She makes me care deeply about her characters and she can write the crap out of a sex scene. Boy, and the hurt she conveys...wow. HOWEVER, I couldn't get over what an ass this "hero" was. He treated women like dirt, calling them GIMPs (groupies I might pound). He likes taking them in a bar bathroom from behind. Lovely...NOT. He's so cocky and arrogant that I just couldn't stand him. He's hitting on the heroine as his conquest from the night before still waits in the car. And when they had their obligatory fight, not only does he call the heroine a whore (hello pot, meet kettle) but he immediately hightails it to her enemy's apartment to scr*w her. We get it, he's a womanizing bad boy. No need to hit us over the head with it.There is just no way this guy can be faithful to one girl. She'll always be wondering. Bummer, Vince ruined this story for me.

    Great

I loved book 1 in the MMA seried and, don't know why, I thought this one was not going to be that good. I remembered Vinny as the troubled teenager of book 1 and could not see him as the leading man. Was I wrong! I loved Vinny, loved the story between him and Liv, and very much enjoyed the plot as Vinny's past is unraveled. Terrific writing, characters, and plot. You can't go wrong. Can't wait for the next.

This book was terrible and painful to read. Who cares and who remembers conversations, in such deta, from high school. Unbelievable story line too .

Honestly? This book pained me so much, it’s hard to describe. I can simply not understand the good reviews! I love some smut as much as the next girl… but please, please follow at least basic grammar rules, and only use words you actually understand. I first thought this is some young author, trying to get published, and not able to pay for an editor. Then I read she’s a bestselling author and even promotes her editor on her website. Sentences such as “it gave me PROspective…” don’t shout editor, more 8th “find the correct word”… and this wasn’t it. After I went through all that, I read that a minor character, a soldier, (don’t worry, no spoiler) died “in the line of duty” on his second tour in Afghanistan… in 1988!!!!! I feel like asking for my money back! What on earth would an American soldier have done in the Soviet-Afghan war when NO American troops were involved??? So now I feel the author has not passed English nor History classes… in Middle School.

    Vinnie's story

We first met Vinnie when he was a punk kid. Now he is all grown up and HOT!! Vinnie and Liv's romance has it ups and downs, but so worth the ride. Another awesome book. Can't wait for Jax and Lily's story.
