I am almost done reading 'Wounded by Leadership'. The Victim mentality chapter was esp good - spoke to me. I had to repent because I know there have been many times in the past I have fallen into that way of thinking. 'Wounded by Leadership' is easy to read, but there is plenty of insight to ponder over. Daniel has a well of knowledge and wisdom to share with the Body of Christ - he's sure to be a leader for this next generation. Its clear that his passion is to promote unity in the Body.
