    Our new favorite photo viewing app :)

    Woven does what it promises - it brings your online pictures (Facebook, Picasa & other such websites) to your Nook tablet.

    By itself, that's not very special since you could just go to these websites and see your pictures.

    For our family, though, this has turned into our new favorite way to look at pictures. First, you can "swipe" quickly through page after page of pictures. That's fast and fun. Second, it works in the car with no internet. That distracts the kids. Last, it mixes our Picasa pictures and our Facebook ones together. That's handy.

    It's not perfect and I hope they keep improving. It can be hard to find a specific picture. And I'd like slideshows and maybe a way to email photos.

    It's free. Give it a try and I hope you like it as much as we do.

    Be aware that this app asks for complete access to your Facebook

    Be aware that this app asks for complete access to your Facebook account whether or not you are on line. This includes personal info as well as friends, etc. I find that a bit much. I have removed it for that reason and would rate it zero if that were possible.

    Great Photo Viewer

    Great app for viewing and showing off your photos. Alot more responsive then the stock gallery or trying to scroll through photos on facebook. Also great that it displays the pics from the various sources without having to import all the pics to the device, saving space for other things.

    I hope the dev keeps improving on this...would love to see landscape mode.

    Nice FREE app!

    Does exactly what it says and is a quick way to show someone your photos without having them taking up memory/space on your tablet.

    A must-have for your Nook Tablet!

    So glad I came across Woven while setting up the Nook we just purchased for the holidays. In addition to books and games, I was looking for fun and practical apps to add to the tablet. The set up was easy, and it was a pleasant surprise to rediscover through the viewer all the family photos stored over the years in different places! We take a lot pictures, upload and share them with friends and family through Shutterfly, Picassa and Facebook, but we don't have time to view them often, so it is great to be able to do this now with the Nook when we're on the road this holiday season. The other pleasant surprise...the app is free!

    Account needed

    You have to create an account just to get past the start up. Then you can only link to other photo sites, no stand-alone feature

    When trying to access this on my Nook, a message says that it is not supported on the device!!
