10 STARS!! A GREAT book! The first one I've seen on wrestling that actually can be used as a desk reference guide. EXCELLENT information on nutrition and exercise. Great common sense step by step guide to help our high school son meet the level of physical and mental fitness necessary for college wrestling in a couple of years. So much good info! Has Steve Kimpel written any other books?
