Meet the Author

Linda Hogan is a California girl and mother of two who has become a television personality, entrepreneur, and animal activist. Linda starred on the hit reality TV show Hogan Knows Best. Because of her on-and off-screen devotion to her family, she quickly became one of America’s favorite moms. The television show stands as one of the highest-rated reality programs in VH1 network history.

After a widely publicized divorce, Linda found the strength to rebuild her life and not look back. She reminds women everywhere that you can live and love again at any age. Linda is often asked to appear on TV news and talk shows to offer her advice on divorce, relationships, and women’s empowerment. An animal lover and activist, Linda teamed up with PETA in 2010 to protest against animal abuse in the circus. She continues to be involved with this important cause as well as with the Humane Society and various pet adoption agencies. She is also on the committee for the Special Olympics, Miami-Dade County. She stays busy with many business endeavors, including launching her own skin care and clothing lines and operating her farm, Sunny Girl Avocados, in Southern California.

Linda divides her time between Miami and Los Angeles, where she enjoys life in the sunshine with her boyfriend, Charley, and her twelve dogs.

Anyone that believes this money hungry cradle robbing poor excuse for a woman has got to have their own set of issues too!

Iam inclined to believe SOME of Linda Hogan's rather fanciful tale of the tribulation that she had faced dating, and marrying Hulk Hogan (Terry Bollea). The steroids and the pain killers that he was on, plus his well-documented rise in wrestling ranks more than PROBABLY made him a very high-maintenance, morally corrupt, distant spouse on his best day. That being said, she strikes me as someone that is emotionally stunted, with a victim's mentality, and someone who is just looking to get a few extra kicks in on Terry. Now, do NOT take this as me excusing Terry or supporting his stance (God forgive me, but he seems like he would be a empty, vacuous human being as well). This is me saying simply stating that if you buy this book (like I was foolish enough to), that you are as complicit as I am in adding to this wasteful, vacant, celebrity-worship culture that is cultivated by people whom have no skills, charm, or TALENT to make themselves famous through their abilities. Instead, people like this are parasites that feed off of those that are truly living their lives. And this is the God's honest truth: I decided to purchase this digital piece of refuse to see what this tactics that this woman would use to attack Terry Bollea, plus I believe in being a fair man, so I gave Linda Bollea a chance to voice her grievances and was wondering how the format of the book was going to be. She paints herself as naive (but yet streetwise), down home, but while her head was in the clouds, her feet were planted firmly in the ground. Then one way, her night in shining armor *erm* spandex *erm* arrives and they begin a life together. Surprise! Surprise! Surprise! She notices his less-favorable qualities (a escalating steroids and recreational drug problem, a volatile temperment. Do I need to go on?), but CHOOSES to stay with him. And so the "story" (and I use that term loosely). I am going to end this review by saying that this is your typical story of a Hollywood-glitz divorce tell all. I asked for trouble when I bought this "book", I admit it, but when I started reading it, the magnitude of pure desparation on Linda and Terry's parts to continue living their lie disgusted me.

This book is not only boring but linda jumps from past to present constanly without keeping a rthym and sometimed never even going back to the story she already started.... a lot of her stories about hulk are twisted, not only do they not make sense to the timeline of hogans professional career but even down right slander. Not a good read. Comes off as very vindictive.

I am only on chapter 2 of this book....so maybe it will get better. I grew up watching hulk hogan on tv, and once in a while I watched the show Hogan knows best, when my kids were watching it. So I thought the book might be entertaining but so far linda hogan jumps around all over the place while trying to tell her story, and some of her stories have no rhyme nor rhythm. But so far it is a good book to read at night when your trying to fall asleep.
