What a resource for writers and speakers!

Wow! The amount of information packed in this book is incredible. While it's billed as a book for writers and speakers, it's actually got something for anyone interested in using the Internet. Most books like this are basically just lists of web sites. WriterSpeaker.com has hundreds of sites, but it also has interviews with people using the Internet every day. It's filled with great tips and ways to make your time online more productive. Of special interest is the Living Links section. I love the fact that once I bought the book I was given the password for a site with links to every web site included in the book. What a time saver! The book is easy to read without making the reader feel talked down to. All in all it's a fantastic resource.

Every home and office needs this book!

Carmen Leal harnessed the amorphous mass of web information and condensed it into a user-friendly book. WriterSpeaker.com walks the reader through search engines, research sites, pros and cons of free web page hosts, and more. At your fingertips are the resources to find the information you need. No more scanning lists of hundreds or thousands of irrevelant web sites. Not only is this book a great boon for writers and speakers, but students, research assistants, small business owners and many others will find WriterSpeaker.com the answer to prayer. Topics are outlined in chapter form and the index makes quick reference a snap! Highly recommended!
