    The best book of its kind on the shelves!

    An excellent book for one who is interested in learning the art of composing fiction, or for the avid SF/F reader. Guaranteed to teach you something!

    Thorough with lots of great examples

    I found this book to be very helpful since it covers everything from story and plot formation to the business end of writing. And more importantly, each area contains both examples of what to do and what not to do from some of my favorite science fiction and fantasy authors. Very helpful to any first-time novelist.
