    nice book

    I thought the book was very good, however I was fooled by the small print indicating this was exactly the same book that was published a few years ago, rather than the sequel I originally thought it was, it was fun reading it a second time and look forward to the sequel.

    VERY annoying

    Turns out this is a republished copy of Xombies. Its a great story but when I picked this version up I thought it was a sequel.

    Great Rainy day book

    I really enjoyed the characters in this book. I liked the fact that the leading role was a teenage girl and that she could be such a lifeline for the world as a whole. The pace and excitement was really upbeat.

    Okay, but not great.

    This book had its good points and bad, however, the bad outweighed the good. I read alot of mixed reviews about this book and finally decided to read it. I found alot of it to be boring. But when it was good....it was good. Being a 'zombie' novel fanatic, this wasn't what I expected. Hardly any 'xombies' at all. I guess I was dissappointed.

    Good Read

    This was a pleasantly good read for me. This is one of my favorite books next to 'The Rising.' I do have to confess it does get very boring in some places. And don't expect much Xombie action after the 10th chapter. If your looking for nonstop Xombie action, then you should find another book. Overall this is a good book, that is worth the read.

    Cant wait for another book

    I was expecting the usual flesh eating zombies when I bought this book. Instead I got genetically engineered Xombies, and I was pleasantly surprised. I am an avid reader and I was happy with the attention to details as well as plot progression. This book entrigued me from beginnning to end. I cannot wait to read another book by Walter Greatshell.

    Duped!

    the title caught my attention at a bookstore and i was thinking, this sounds like a good book. But i was soo wrong. THe beginning was great, but thne the book lagged along on the mission in the submarine and at the survivors final distination. The book is complex, and i had to re read many pages in order to understand. all i wanted was a good horror story, but with this, i didn't get that.

    cool post-apocalyptic adventure

    Not really a zombie fan, I found this book to be a totally surprising and original read - as funny as it is scary, and very thought-provoking.

    Epic zombie horror satire!

    The ultimate zombie story - Xombie, I mean. Goes places no genre novel dares to tread, from the bottom of the sea to the top of the world. I loved it!
