    A reviewer

    I've been on anti-depressants for 17 years, diagnosed as an adult with ADD and thought this was, 'as good as it gets.' After finding a doctor in my area who practiced integrative medicine and going sugar-free and yeast-free for 8 weeks with this book as a guide, I'm a believer. I've never felt better! Sure, I have my bad days but they are much fewer and farther between. This book is very concise and is a great starting point for anyone who wants to feel better, look better, and have more energy, naturally.
