This is two short stories. A total of 140 pages. Written in a very concise manner, without a lot of detail.

Was okay. Two short stories. A total of 140 pages. Needed editing. Very concise, without a lot of details. Some pretty gory events and violence.

    Good story but needs editing.

The author has written a fast-paced and gripping suspense story. There were, however, simple mistakes that a good editor or discerning beta reader would have caught: typos, wrong word choices, misspellings and even obvious waffling in verb tense. If not for those, it would be a 4-star read. I hope the author finds pre-publication help in those areas. She's too good as a storyteller to contnue down that path.

    Good Book!

I loved all of these Guardian books. There were some editing problems with spelling, etc., but overall this did not detract from the great story line. I am currently on the ladt of the trilogy.
