I have now read 'Yellowstone Wolves in the Wild' twice, and both times I was completely enthralled!!! From the truly incredible photographic contributions to Dr. Halfpenny's ability to relate scientific information in layman's language, it is a book for everyone. He tells the tale of wolf reintroduction from personal observations combined with stories of researchers & scientists and wolf-watchers alike. Although the Yellowstone wolf reintroduction is a highly controversial and, at times, contentious issue, Dr. Halfpenny is able to present this material from both sides while unabashedly maintaining his love for these magnificant creatures. I HIGHLY recommend 'Yellowstone Wolves in the Wild'.
