I recently started practicing yin yoga, and after searching through the small selection of books on the subject, to enhance my practice and learn more about yin, I purchased this guide. The photographs of the poses are very clear and easy to understand. Though I think some beginners might have a hard time with some of the poses, the book guides you through each pose, suggests what poses to put together for maximum effect, AND gives you modifications using props, to allow the beginner or the less flexible a chance to appreciate and experience the power of yin. I highly recommend this small, easy to carry guide.
