In Yoga for Your Spiritual Muscles, Rachel Schaeffer offers yoga students and yoga teachers a way to tie physical yoga (hatha) with personal development (what she calls 'spiritual muscles'). This a great book, a classic, with absolutely beautiful photography. Anyone interested in yoga should own this book, from beginner to expert.Was this review helpful?
