I have had lower back pain and pain down my right leg to my knee. This book has helped me tremendously in conjunction with the pain management (without pills) and restorative yoga classes I am taking. I use this book continually at home and take this book on trips as a guide to everyday exercises that are very beneficial to me. The explanations and pictures are excellent for instruction to do these exercises correctly. I am a senior woman with a desire to stay fit and healthy.
