This book is a good introduction for anyone who is interested in yoga. It explains what yoga is, the benefits of practicing yoga, contains a guide for buying the gear you will need, gives a breakdown of several basic yoga poses, etc. Also lists resources to continue with your practice.
Some of the info in it is available on the yoga journal website, which kind of makes me feel like they should charge less for this ebook. All in all it is still a great book.
