MARTY WHITTLE has taught riding for more than 26 years and is certified by the American Riding Instructors Association. She been riding for over thirty-five years, winning numerous regional year-end championships in dressage, hunter's and jumper's. She teaches the yoga techniques in this book to improve herstudents' balance and coordination.

Nicole C. Cuomo has been a yoga practitioner for 20 years and has a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy. She is the owner of Saldare Therapy and Yoga, LLC, is a Yoga Alliance registered teacher, and a Professional Member of the American Hippotherapy Association. She has been riding with Marty Whittle over the last several years. Marty Whittle is an accomplished rider who has been riding for 36 years, is a certified riding instructor in Hunt Seat and Dressage with the American Riding Instructor Association, and has been an instructor and trainer for 26 years. Marty has hunted, evented and shown in dressage in America and England very successfully.
