I bought this book a while ago and have been referring to it all the time. It's got poses you can do in the morning before getting out of bed, poses while you get ready in your bathroom and kitchen, poses for the office and playing with your kids (or in my case, my dog), poses to do in bed before going to sleep and much more. It's simple to use with instructions and a cute cartoon on the opposite page. I even let my older sister borrow it. She's in a wheelchair. There's some great poses for her to do too. I also like how it tells you which parts you're working and what the pose is for (relaxation, opening your hips, etc). Great book.

my primary students are cancer patients & they enjoyed the new poses I used from this book. I have also given some of this books as gifts to friends out of town that are cancer survivors & they has enjoyed using it.

This little book is fun and inspiring and we've all referred to it in our office during the drab days of our Alaska winter!

Walked by this book for weeks and kept talking myself out of it. I thought "why do I need another yoga book? Just open ones you have already." I am so glad I bought this one. It sits on my nightstand and just the cover alone makes me smile. The illustrations are wonderful and it reminds me that I only have to lie in bed to get the benefits of yoga...and it inspires me to do more!

This book has a very nice read, easy to follow, and very enjoyable exercise techniques. The author really got it right with someone like me who is either stuck in traffic or very busy at work. I do not have the time, energy, or motivation to obtain proper exercise. This book contains little mini-workouts that refresh the mind and body without taking time out from a busy schedule.
