Excellent details not seen anywhere else

This is the best book I have ever read on Yoga. It gives the details that I have only seen with very good teachers. I know that in Yoga the details are very important. I am so happy to see this. I had borrowed it from a library over 10 years ago and could not find a book store that sold it. So I had made a copy of it. Now I can present it to friends.

The best yoga book for serious practitioners

A great many people practice yoga for many different reasons. Many practice because it makes them feel more healthy. Van Lysebeth is a very special author. He's ancient--well not ancient, but well past retirement age. He's been living yoga for many years. He speaks well for yoga, for he has more energy than people half his age. His inner self shines through. He is a real teacher! He shows you the right way to do the poses. He even shows you the wrong way, so you can correct what you are doing. This may not be the only yoga book you own, but if you are living with yoga in your life, this is a reference book you will use again and again.
