this book is for you if you want to recieve more then just flexiblity from yoga it teaches you how to decrease stress on more levels than one , youlearn to know your self as well as get fit, it is easy reading and erich has much experience and is dedicated and know what he is talking about get this book if you love yoga.

As a Yoga instructor I read many books on Yoga and this is one of my all time favorites. Excellent value for the cost. You will return to it again and again if you love Yoga. I have bought this in paper and digital formats. Erich gives amazing insights and if you can ever attend one of his workshops, it's absolutely worth it. Namaste
