    Given To Me For An Honest Review

    Yogalean by Beth Shaw is a book to have.  It combines yoga with diet and works.  It shows different yoga practices that just about anyone
     can do.  There are also modified ones.  Then there are recipes included.  All in all this is a very good book not only for exercise but also for
     nutrition.  I recommend it to all.  Looking for more from Beth Shaw.

    Loved it - This is simply the best book that I have ever read fo

    Loved it - This is simply the best book that I have ever read for weight loss, its not a diet, but a lifestyle. The YogaLean formula is more than just yoga, more than weight loss but incorporates a lot of other ways to live- Clean eating, breathing, meditation and space clearing. Also I now know what my Ayervedic Body Type is and why I cannot expect to ever be a size 2. I am busy getting to work on the Action Items listed in this book. Its easy to read and makes great sense.
