Overview

When Roger Littlejohn; a single father and member of the military was killed in a random terrorist attack while exiting the NCO club in Frankfort, Germany, his cousin Tad Reynolds became the official guardian of his three nine year old sons. Tad and his partner, Jere West, had just returned from picking up the boys and were bringing them back to the states to begin a new life in Arkansas. Change was no stranger to thirty-one year old Tad. Due to a family loss of his own he had been moved from a beach community in northern California to his mother’s family homestead in Arkansas at a young age. At the time he was just a few years older than the triplets were now. He was now heading the Lawson Clan and in charge of all the business interest for the family. Yosemite Fire is the reflection that Tad has about life as a teenage member of a large extended family and how they had reached this point. Part 1 introduces us to some of the major players in the story as well as Tad’s early years in Morgan Bay. He begins to realize that there really is a difference between sex and love. Some friendships can last a lifetime while others fade with the distance that life puts between them. Some can even become more than just friendships.
