If you've raised kids or taken care of any at a young age then this series of stories will ring true. It is more of the same wholesome, wide eyed encounters of child meets world. Very clean, amusing and touching. Reminds you that being old means also remembering being young. In addition, you learn more about fairly recent Japanese culture and how daily life can go... no mechas, no witches, and no magic animals in arenas.

The "Yotsuba&!" series is a charming and at times hysterical look into the world as seen by a young girl named Yotsuba, learning how it all works as she goes along. Kiyohiko Azuma's insights into children and their take on the world is on par with artists like Charles Schulz - in fact, her previous series, "Azumanga Daioh," is widely considered the Japanese "Peanuts." For adults, it provides fond memories. For kids, it's a fun read (or read-along, for people more like Yotsuba's age). For tweens and teens, there's plenty of good laughs and great artwork. And if you're a manga fan - you don't need my review, you should be reading this already! :)
