As this is a follow up novella to "Wish you were here", I was not as familiar with the characters as some readers. I found this was not a hindrance in reading this novella. I won a copy of the novella from bookfun.org which is why I have not read the first story yet. I was able to follow the characters and the storyline with ease. Ms. Vogt gives you most of the information about Seth and Meghan which one needs in order to understand how they fit into the plot. She does an excellent job of developing each. I look forward to reading "Wish You Were Here" soon. Seth Rayner and Meghan Holloway are the best friends for Allison and Daniel. They have been recruited to help with the wedding. Neither really wants to get involved but when the wedding is pushed up 3 months, it becomes all hands on deck to pull it off. Having disliked one another throughout high school and beyond, Seth feels Meghan is too out spoken while Meghan feels Seth is too uptight. Will these close encounters help them to get to know one another better or will it push them to the breaking point? Great read! I would recommend this author to my friends!
Beth Vogt has jam-packed this eShort with full-blown characters and a love story that will knock your socks off. Ever since I read Vogt's debut novel, "Wish You Were Here," I'd wondered whatever became of Seth, the jilted bridegroom. Well, this book answers that question and so much more. If you love a good love story, this one will sweep you off your feet!
