Dr oz has his own tv show if u havent seen its on channel six on charter at 2/3 pm central. I absolutley love him and you know wats funny? Im only eleven years old. I remembr when he had his million dollar challenge amazingly i changed my diet to healthyie but not disgustingly healthy. I used to get bullied in fifth grade because i wa over wheigt tht all changed thanks to Dr.Oz. Moat of his ideas help if i do recall i think only one id not work for me. Although it word perfectly to my best friend. What im trying to say i that Dr. Oz is an miricale worker. And i mean that is the most literaly way possible. Dr.Oz you changed my life forevrr and i want you to know that. I kno im prob not ur top priority ight now but please remebrr you are amazing and you save many peoples lives by our advise. Okay the book... lolz i this the book helped me out so much i loved thr part with the diet recipes those are tasty and help. Buy this bokk its worth it!
