I like the YOU series of books, but in my opinion this CD is a great mistake. Not practical at all and not interesting. If you need to listen to something while walking or jogging then use your mp3 with your own selection of music. As for myself, I rather concentrate on my breathing while doing that. Read about walking and breathing techniques in a very good book that I highly recommend titled 'Can We Live 150' by Dr. Tombak. It is a very down to earth book, and the author is really doing his best to educate the readers and truly help them living healthy life. As for doctors Oz and Roizen I am disappointed with them as they seem to be more concerned about making money with new YOU products, instead of concentrating on their real calling.
