Young Blackbeard the Pirate - Port of Brstol 1690: Book 2 of 6 - The Treasure in the Sandbox

YOUNG BLACKBEARD THE PIRATE

PORT OF BRISTOL 1690

Book 2 of 6 - The treasure in the sandbox

In 1690 Bristol, young pirate captain Edward Teach and his crew-Israel, Benjamin, Charles, and Anne-dig for Captain Thorne's fabled treasure in the lighthouse sandbox. Despite Anne's dramatic false alarms, they unearth a tiny chest containing brass buttons, a broken compass, ancient shortbread, and a cryptic note reading “Remember.” Old lighthouse keeper Pye reveals the chest was his grandson's toy-but hints some items may be genuine artifacts. Though disappointed at first, Edward realizes the true treasure is the thrill of the hunt and proof of Thorne's legend. The crew bonds over their discoveries, with Charles quietly noting the value of stories over gold. As twilight falls, they dream of future adventures, their spirits undampened by the modest haul. The tale blends humor and heart, showing how childhood imagination transforms ordinary finds into extraordinary treasures.

This is the second of six audiobooks in the series and I do hope you enjoy this second instalment, and it's only $3, all subsequent will remain at that price.

I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, accordion, fiddle, harmonica and bango in a classical sea shanty jig. The closing music ends the tale on a similar jig and at about 2 minutes with the same musical instruments but more upbeat looking forward to the next episode.

The story itself runs to about 13 minutes is is narrated in my own voice.

I do hope you and your family, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!
