After a spoken word intro reminiscent of Slint's Spiderland, All Teeth unleash a furious hardcore squall to open Young Love. It's a fine gauntlet to lay down. While not as experimental or intricately produced as the output of Slint or At the Drive-In, the band is clearly inspired by such hard rock artists. All Teeth aren't looking to take prisoners, with their ferocious playing building a wall of seething emotion. Young Love doesn't linger long at only five songs, but All Teeth aren't playing around. This stuff is real and it's quite good.
