This book is fantastic! I saw the author on TV a couple times and he is super intelligent. He really knows his stuff. It's highly technical, but put in every day terms. Great information and great ideas. He gives info about nutrition, how to improve memory-tests, what to do about diseases, brain chemistry, crossing the blood brain barrior and medications. How to get your brain working at top performance and keep it that way. Top notch book. Finally someone wrote a book that makes sense. The doctor has 35 years of research and clinical experience, so he knows what he's talking about. SunshineWIWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback.
