    I Also Recommend:

    An excellent motivational tool!

The "Younger Next Year Journal" is well organized and keeps you focused on the core concepts of the companion book "Younger Next Year". The first seventeen (17) pages provide an excellent review of the most important points presented in the book. The journal is concise and to the point. By using it you very quickly recognize patterns and trends, both good and bad. If anyone is serious about postponing the negative aspects of ageing, use the Younger Next Year Journal.
