This book has inspired me to change my life. Tosca tells about how she was once where I was; fat, tired and unhappy. Looking @ her pictures and reading her story made me think that I could really change how I looked. @ age 47 I'd just about given up, thinking I'd have to resign myself to being fat and flabby. With Tosca's encouragement and eating plan, I have lost 15 lbs in 2 months and started exercising like I did in my 20's. I have even purchased some of her other books. She talks about her personal story in those as well but not as in-depth as in this one. I never thought I could give up diet soda and sugar but I did and it was relatively painless. Ladies, read this book for yourselves. You deserve it.

For any woman feeling the changes associated with aging. Read and learn how to positively affect your health and get a positive attitude in the process! Easy to read and straight forward. Easy to implement without causing mutiny in the family. I am buying several copies and giving them to my friends who are all compaining of the same things I am.

I was disappointed. I have been lifting and running on and off for 30 years and think this book is for any woman who has never seriously exercised. It starts you from basics and doesn't go much further. Buy this if you don't know where to start with exercise or healthy eating.

The last book you will need to eating healthy and loosing weight. It is motivational, easy to follow and keeps your interest. I highly recommend this book to those looking to change their eating habits and looking for a healthy lifestyle.
