    Outdated

I was disappointed as I feel this book is outdated. It is outdated due to the economy and the internet which has changed the real estate industry. I live in the metro Atlanta area and most of what is discussed is no longer practiced here. I am struggling to even finish reading the book, and only trying to utilize the money. Atlanta is an 'internet' focused city and most all agents work out of their home; as this also helps the broker with 'office space' due to our economy. I never see agents dressed in suits any more; that is overkill here. It used to be the norm but no longer. Just think it is outdated.

    VERY USEFUL!

I think this book should be required reading for all real estate agents. I found the information to be very helpful.
