I found this in my second hand store while haveing a very bad day. I grabbed it and began reading, I was feeling better in minutes and read it over and over. Yes it is simple and common sense, however this Is written in a way that it sticks with you and really makes you think, just how easy living is.

A book on how to harness the power of positive thought. This book will free your mind of the mental bondage that other people, parents and organizations have heaped upon you. No longer will you be a victim of negative thinking. This is a short book that you will want to finish in one setting. You will be saying things like: "Man!, I really never noticed that!". "Increadible". Or: "Why could I not see that". I am buying several of these books for my friends that keep wrecking thier lives. This book will make an excellent xmas gift. I would even say that this book is an excellent prescription for the holiday blues, harrasing inlaws, and even a critical boss.
